Shipping & Sourcing Policy

All sourced items, special-order items, and customer-requested items are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a sourcing request has been confirmed and the item has been purchased on behalf of the customer, the order cannot be canceled. If a customer chooses to cancel after the sourcing process has begun, a $250 sourcing fee will apply to cover procurement, sourcing, and administrative costs.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or affected by customs clearance issues, we will make reasonable efforts to reship the item to the customer. Customs delays or returns do not constitute grounds for cancellation or chargeback.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and deliverable shipping address. If a customer changes address after shipment or declines reshipment for personal reasons, the order remains subject to the sourcing and cancellation policy above.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
